About John Riegger

John grew up in Metropolis, Illinois. He attended Lamar University and was an All-American Athlete. He was inducted in the Hall of Fame at Lamar University in 2008. John joined the PGA Tour in 1987. John didn’t have his first golf lesson until he completed his first year on the PGA Tour. From 1988-1997 John played world wide on the European, South, African, Asian, Korn Ferry, and PGA Tours. From 1998-2012 John played the PGA Tour and Korn Ferry Tour. John has 3 International wins along with 2 Korn Ferry Wins. In 2013, John became a member of the PGA Champions Tour and won in this 5th Tournament. Winning the Boeing Classic birding 3 of the last 4 holes was personally his biggest win competing against some of the biggest names such as Bernhard Langer and Tom Lehman.  In 2019 and 2021 John came close to winning the Sr. PGA Championship but fell short finishing respectfully at the 7th spot at the Oak Hill Country Club and 5th at the Southern Hills Country Club.  John started JRGA to share his knowledge and experiences. John and his team understands what it takes to improve a golfer’s game ability.

About Gibby Gilbert III

JRGA is pleased to have Gibby Gilbert III is as a Swing Analyst.  Gibby played for the University of Tennessee from 1984 – 1989 where he graduated with a Sports Management degree.  He joined the Korn Ferry Tour from 1996 – 2000 and agian in 2008.  Gibby joined the Champion’s Tour in 2016 and has won two tournaments including the 2019 Champion’s Tour Qualifying Tournament.  Additionally, he has 8 wins on the Sunbet Senior Tour.  Gibby is the son of well known PGA Tour and Champion’s Tour winner Gibby Gilbert II.
